Beautiful terraced house with independent access which opens onto a living room with comfortable sofa, TV and dining table.
A short stretch of corridor leads to the sleeping area where there are: a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a second double bedroom with private bathroom.
Between the two bedrooms there is a second bathroom with shower.
The peculiarity of Casa Corallo is the location of the kitchen, designed outside, in a separate room from the main body. The kitchenette is equipped with gas stove, electric oven, refrigerator, dining table and small pantry.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the service bathroom with laundry area.
The house is embellished by a large terrace overlooking the sea, a fenced garden and two parking spaces available to guests.
A few minutes’ walk takes you to the sea, the promenade that leads to Li Cossi beach and the restaurant/bar of the Costa Paradiso hotel.
The service center with seasonal supermarket can be reached in less than 5 minutes by car.

In a few minutes by car or on foot, you can reach the service center with restaurants, supermarket, baker and fishmonger. Not far away are the natural coves of the La Sorgente.

Please, note that the consumption rate is included in the indicated rental price, but not the following mandatory expenses:

COMPULSORY EXPENSES

• Final cleaning: 110 €
• If animals are hosted, a supplement of € 35 will be required for final disinfestation.
• Compulsory tourist tax of € 2.00 per person, per night up to a maximum of 10 nights, to be paid in cash (excluding children under 10 and over 75).

Check-in: from 4pm to 8pm
Check-out: by 10am

Upon request, it is possible to carry out late check-in with a surcharge of € 30 (between 8pm and midnight), while € 50 (after midnight).
Free late check-out, subject to availability and by prior arrangement.

For late check-in and late check-out not communicated there is an extra of € 50.

Security Deposit: Customers are required to pay € 200 security deposit upon arrival (in cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon damage.
