Casa Giovanna is a comfortable three-room apartment, located in a beautiful and quiet area surrounded by the nature of Costa Paradiso. The house consists of a well-kept and habitable living room with a French sofa bed, dining table and a small kitchenette complete with accessories, dishes, dishes and appliances: refrigerator, oven and gas hob.

A few steps from the living area lead to the sleeping area consisting of a double bedroom, a second bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with toilet and shower.

Casa Giovanna is reserved for non-smokers and is equipped with television.

In front of the property a practical covered terrace overlooking the sea and BBQ will make your stay even more comfortable.

In less than 5 minutes by car from the house you will find the Costa Paradiso shopping center with supermarket, bakery, bars and restaurants. Furthermore, in a few minutes you can reach the coves of the Sorgenti and the famous Li Cossi beach.

On request we can organize trips and excursions in northern Sardinia.

Please, note that the consumption rate is included in the indicated rental price, but not the following mandatory expenses:

COMPULSORY EXPENSES

• Final cleaning: 90 €
• If animals are hosted, a supplement of € 30 will be required for final disinfestation.
• Compulsory tourist tax of € 2.00 per person, per night up to a maximum of 10 nights, to be paid in cash (excluding children under 10 and over 75).

Check-in: from 5pm to 8pm
Check-out by 10am

Upon request, possibility of late check-in with a surcharge of € 30 (between 8pm and midnight), while € 50 (after midnight).
Free late check-out, subject to availability and by prior arrangement.

For late check-in and late check-out not communicated there is an extra of € 50.

Security Deposit: Customers are required to pay 100 € security deposit upon arrival (in cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon damage.
