“Casa rosa dei venti” is a three-room detached house a few minutes’ drive from the beach of Li Cossi. The property is situated on a small natural balcony from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of Costa Paradiso, its splendid sea and fantastic sunsets. The house is very private and quiet.

A flight of stairs starts from the reserved parking space to reach the entrance of the house. The gracious and welcoming living room opens onto a veranda overlooking the sea and onto a small garden where you can relax after a day at the beach or have fun preparing a delicious BBQ. The small but functional kitchenette covered in local stone is complete with accessories, plates, dishes, appliances (refrigerator, oven and dishwasher). A beautiful wooden dining table and a comfortable sofa complete the furnishings.

Adjacent to the living area is the sleeping area with 4 beds: the master bedroom, with a nice double bed, a private bathroom and a small terrace with a view and the second bedroom with two comfortable single beds, walk-in closet and a second bathroom with shower.

At the back of the house there is a garden with succulent plants, an external shower and the washing machine.

From “Casa Rosa dei Venti”, in a few minutes by car or on foot, you can reach the service center with restaurants, supermarket, baker and fishmonger. Not far from the property are the natural coves of the Sorgenti bay.

On request we can organize trips and excursions in northern Sardinia.

Please, note that the consumption rate is included in the indicated rental price, but not the following mandatory expenses:

COMPULSORY EXPENSES

• Final cleaning: 80 €
• If animals are hosted, a supplement of € 35 will be required for final disinfestation.
• Compulsory tourist tax of € 2.00 per person, per night up to a maximum of 10 nights, to be paid in cash (excluding children under 10 and over 75).

Check-in: from 5pm to 8pm
Check-out by 10am

Upon request, it is possible to carry out late check-in with a surcharge of € 30 (between 8pm and midnight), while € 50 (after midnight).
Free late check-out, subject to availability and by prior arrangement.

For late check-in and late check-out not communicated there is an extra of € 50.

Security Deposit: Customers are required to pay € 150 security deposit upon arrival (in cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon damage.
