Casa Susanna is a 70 sqm terraced house with sea view, two 20 sqm covered verandas and a 40 sqm courtyard behind the house with outdoor shower and BBQ. Guests have access to a 10X5 meter shared swimming pool open from June 15th to September 30th. The villa is located on a hill in the village of Costa Paradiso. A village immersed in the Mediterranean scrub and built in harmony with the rocks of a thousand shapes and the characteristic pink color. Casa Susanna is located about 2 km or 5 minutes by car from the sea and from the beautiful “Li Cossi” beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia.
In the village you will find: shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets.

Along the coast along various beaches of extraordinary charm and in about 30 minutes from Costa Paradiso you can reach the picturesque village of Santa Teresa di Gallura where you can take the ferries to the Maddalena archipelago and to Corsica.

On request we can organize trips and excursions in northern Sardinia.

Please note that the consumption rate is included in the indicated rental price, but not the following mandatory expenses:

COMPULSORY EXPENSES

• Final cleaning: 95 €
• Compulsory tourist tax of € 2.00 per person, per night up to a maximum of 10 nights, to be paid in cash (excluding children under 10 and over 75).

Check-in: from 5pm to 8pm
Check-out by 10am

Upon request, possibility of late check-in with a surcharge of € 30 (between 8pm and midnight), while € 50 (after midnight).
Free late check-out, subject to availability and by prior arrangement.

For late check-in and late check-out not communicated there is an extra of € 50.

Security Deposit: Customers are required to pay 150 € security deposit upon arrival (in cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon damage.
