Superb two-room house Elisa is suitable for families with children and couples looking for a relaxing holiday. Independent access, sea view and seawater swimming pool in an exclusive residence designed in the 1980s by the famous architect Ponis. This comfortable property is spread over an area of ​​40 m2 and opens onto a bright living room with comfortable sofa, kitchenette with adjoining dining table and all basic cooking facilities. The sleeping area consists of a spacious double bedroom with built-in wardrobe and a mezzanine with two single beds and a small skylight and parquet flooring. The villa is completed by a bathroom with shower and washing machine.

From the living area you can comfortably access a terrace with a wonderful sea view and the small coves that distinguish this town.

The sea is easily reached by following small paths that wind through the fresh Mediterranean scrub. The added value of this villa is the wonderful swimming pool with salt water and sea view.

Guests have access to a relaxation area with wifi, table tennis and table football.

On request we can organize trips and excursions in northern Sardinia.

COMPULSORY EXPENSES

• Final cleaning: 95 €
• If animals are hosted, a supplement of € 35 will be required for final disinfestation.
• Compulsory tourist tax of € 2.00 per person, per night up to a maximum of 10 nights, to be paid in cash (excluding children under 10 and over 75).

Check-in: from 5pm to 8pm
Check-out by 10am

Upon request, it is possible to carry out late check-in with a surcharge of € 30 (between 8pm and midnight), while € 50 (after midnight).
Free late check-out, subject to availability and by prior arrangement.

For late check-in and late check-out not communicated there is an extra of € 50.

Security Deposit: Customers are required to pay € 200 security deposit upon arrival (in cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon damage.
