La Falata historical villa is a characteristic rustic villa built in the early 1980s, immersed in the green of the Mediterranean scrub and from which the wonderful Gulf of Asinara and the territory, all to be discovered, of Costa Paradiso are dominated. The 70 sqm villa consists of a bright living area furnished with wooden furniture, a simple but functional kitchen and with all the basic cooking facilities. Crossing the small corridor you reach the sleeping area which consists of a bright double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, two bathrooms with shower and a small closet. A small path runs around the villa that leads to a large and bright terrace where in the distance you can see the wonderful sea of ​​Costa Paradiso.

Not far from the house is the service center with supermarket, bakery, bar and restaurant. The sea and the coast with its beaches and fantastic coves can be reached in a few minutes by car.

Villa la Falata is a solution suitable for all nature lovers and all those who want to spend a special stay away from the chaos of the city, discovering the fantastic Gallura hinterland.

Please note that the consumption rate is included in the indicated rental price, but not the following mandatory expenses:

COMPULSORY EXPENSES

• Final cleaning: 80 €
• If animals are hosted, a supplement of € 35 will be required for final disinfestation.
• Compulsory tourist tax of € 2.00 per person, per night up to a maximum of 10 nights, to be paid in cash (excluding children under 10 and over 75).

Check-in: from 5pm to 8pm
Check-out by 10am

Upon request, possibility of late check-in with a surcharge of € 30 (between 8pm and midnight), while € 50 (after midnight).
Free late check-out, subject to availability and by prior arrangement.

For late check-in and late check-out not communicated there is an extra of € 50.

Security Deposit: Customers are required to pay € 100 security deposit upon arrival (in cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon damage.
