A comfortable property surrounded by green Mediterranean scrub, ideal for small families or couples looking for their own privacy. Casa Gaia is the right solution for spending your holidays by the sea and discovering the wonderful Gallura area. Comfortable and welcoming, the cottage consists of a living room with sofa and TV, an open kitchen with kitchenette with gas stove, electric oven and microwave oven. The living area leads to the sleeping area with a double bedroom with wardrobe, a second bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with shower.

Outside Casa Gaia is enriched by a beautiful terrace with partial sea view, where it is possible to dine or enjoy a well-deserved aperitif under the beautiful canopy in the shelter of the sun. An outdoor shower, a washing machine, a BBQ and a reserved parking space complete the spaces and services of this charming three-room apartment in Costa Paradiso.

From “Casa Gaia”, in a few minutes by car or on foot, you can reach the service center with restaurants, supermarket, baker and fishmonger. Not far from the property are the natural coves of the Sorgenti or the beautiful beach of Li Cossi.

Please, note that the consumption rate is included in the indicated rental price, but not the following mandatory expenses:

COMPULSORY EXPENSES

• Final cleaning: 80 €
• Compulsory tourist tax of € 2.00 per person, per night up to a maximum of 10 nights, to be paid in cash (excluding children under 10 and over 75).

Check-in: from 4pm to 8pm
Check-out by 10am

Upon request, it is possible to carry out late check-in with a surcharge of € 30 (between 8pm and midnight), while € 50 (after midnight).
Free late check-out, subject to availability and by prior arrangement.

For late check-in and late check-out not communicated there is an extra of € 50.

Security Deposit: Customers are required to pay € 150 security deposit upon arrival (in cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon damage.
