This comfortable two-room apartment with terrace overlooking the sea and salt water swimming pool is located in an exclusive residence with club house, table tennis and table football. From the villa you can enjoy a wonderful view of Costa Paradiso and the small coves that distinguish this town. Spread over an area of 40 square meters, it consists of a spacious double bedroom, a mezzanine with two single beds, a bright living room with adjoining dining table, kitchenette with all basic cooking facilities and a bathroom adjacent to the double bedroom with shower. From the cottage the sea is easily reached by following the small paths that wind through the Mediterranean scrub. The added value of this villa is the wonderful view that can be enjoyed on the beautiful sunsets of Costa Paradiso.

Please, note that the consumption rate is included in the indicated rental price, but not the following mandatory expenses:

COMPULSORY EXPENSES

• Final cleaning: 95 €
• If animals are hosted, a supplement of € 35 will be required for final disinfestation.
• Compulsory tourist tax of € 2.00 per person, per night up to a maximum of 10 nights, to be paid in cash (excluding children under 10 and over 75).

GENERAL INFORMATIONS

Check-in: from 5pm to 8pm
Check-out: before 10am

Upon request, it is possible to carry out late check-in with a surcharge of € 30 (between 8pm and midnight), while € 50 (after midnight).
Free late check-out, subject to availability and by prior arrangement.

For late check-in and late check-out not communicated there is an extra of € 50.

Security Deposit: Customers are required to pay 150 € security deposit upon arrival (in cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon damage.
