The house la Piana is five minutes from the sea.

The comfortable villino la Piana is a three-room apartment located in a small complex recently built and well finished. Spread over 60 square meters, the house has a large terrace with a veranda where you can relax and sunbathe or enjoy a good glass of local wine. Furnished in a simple but tasteful way, the villino La Piana 2 has a bright living room with dining table, sofa bed, TV and a kitchenette with fridge and electric oven. The living area leads to the comfortable sleeping area with a double bedroom with large wardrobe and a bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed. A bathroom with shower complete the cottage.

The villa is located in a quiet area and not far from a supermarket, baker, newsagent, bar and restaurant. Furthermore, in a few minutes you can reach the coves of the Sorgenti, the Baiette and the famous Li Cossi beach.

Upon request and prior agreement we can organize trips and excursions in northern Sardinia.

Please, note that the consumption rate is included in the indicated rental price, but not the following mandatory expenses:

COMPULSORY EXPENSES

• Final cleaning: 80 €
• If animals are hosted, a supplement of € 35 will be required for final disinfestation.
• Compulsory tourist tax of € 2.00 per person, per night up to a maximum of 10 nights, to be paid in cash (excluding children under 10 and over 75).

Check-in: from 5pm to 8pm
Check-out by 10am

Upon request, possibility of late check-in with a surcharge of € 30 (between 8pm and midnight), while € 50 (after midnight).
Free late check-out, subject to availability and by prior arrangement.

For late check-in and late check-out not communicated there is an extra of € 50.

Security Deposit: Customers are required to pay 150 € security deposit upon arrival (in cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon damage.
