The Rustico Costa Paradiso

A characteristic slow holiday in the green scrub of Costa Paradiso.

The Rustico Costa Paradiso is a comfortable accommodation of about 90 square meters surrounded by mediterranean nature. Ideal for families and groups of friends, this spacious and characteristic holiday home has a large patio with a table that can comfortably accommodate 6 people.

Entering the house you will find a simple, but functional kitchen complete with everything you need. The kitchenette opens onto a living room furnished with a wooden table and chairs for 6/8 people and a small relaxation corner with a sofa bed for two people. To complete the living area, a newly renovated bathroom with shower adjacent to the kitchen.

Entering the sleeping area we find two bedrooms, one double with a single sofa bed and a triple room with bunk beds and a single bed. Adjacent to the bedrooms, a second bathroom with shower, bidet, sink and toilet.
Outside, a laundry area with washing machine and a small BBQ for guests to use.

The property is completed with a parking space about 20 meters away.

From the house you can comfortably admire the wonderful sunsets of Costa Paradiso and hear the flow of a small river in the distance that mitigates the temperature during the hot summer days. About 15 minutes walk to the sea and the coast with its coves and the emerald sea.

Upon request and prior agreement we can organize trips and excursions in northern Sardinia.

Please note that the consumption rate is included in the indicated rental price, but not the following mandatory expenses:

COMPULSORY EXPENSES

• Final cleaning: 110 €
• If animals are hosted, a supplement of € 35 will be required for final disinfestation.
• Compulsory tourist tax of € 2.00 per person, per night up to a maximum of 10 nights, to be paid in cash (excluding children under 10 and over 75).

Check-in: from 5pm to 8pm
Check-out by 10am

Upon request, it is possible to carry out late check-in with a surcharge of € 30 (between 8pm and midnight), while € 50 (after midnight).
Free late check-out, subject to availability and by prior arrangement.

For late check-in and late check-out not communicated there is an extra of € 50.

Security Deposit: Customers are required to pay € 100 security deposit upon arrival (in cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon damage.
