Located about 600 meters from the wonderful inlets of Costa Paradiso, the villa is surrounded by a private garden, barbecue and wood-burning oven. Composed of a large living room with sea view, kitchen, two double bedrooms, one with two single beds and 3 bathrooms. Villa Francy can accommodate up to 6 + 2 people.

This delightful villa with independent access is located in a strategic point from here you can easily reach the sea and the shops of Costa Paradiso on foot or by car.
Covered entirely in stone, the property enjoys a beautiful sea view and is surrounded by a garden enriched with Mediterranean plants, a garage with electric shutter, a covered parking space and two further parking spaces.
In front of the villa there is an exclusive infinity pool which is illuminated in the evening with iridescent lights that vary in color, a covered veranda equipped with an iron dining table for 6 people, an outdoor sitting area,
shower, wood oven and 4 sun loungers. In the back of the villa there is a second veranda with a drying rack.
From the swimming pool you can admire a beautiful sea view and the characteristic stretch of Costa Paradiso with its fantastic coves.

The villa (160 sqm) is furnished in a country-chic style and boasts a fantastic Vietri ceramic tiling.
Upon entering we find a bright living area with Wi-Fi and direct access to the pool and garden. Furnished with leather sofa bed, stereo with more than 100 CDs available with all kinds of music, books and board games. Thanks to the large panoramic window, the living room enjoys a wonderful view of Costa Paradiso.
The living room leads to a large kitchen with island, American fridge with icebox and equipped with gas stove, oven, dishwasher, kitchen scale, juicer, slicer, American espresso machine, mocha and a rich variety of kitchen equipment .
Villa Francy can comfortably accommodate up to 6 + 2 people divided into 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom and walk-in closet, 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom and walk-in closet and a bedroom with 2 single beds. The spaces are completed by 1 bathroom with washing machine (7 kg) and multifunction shower (radio, hydromassage on the back, feet and Turkish bath). In each room you will find satellite TV and air conditioning.

We do not accept pets.

COMPULSORY EXPENSES

• Costs for electricity, water and gas consumption: € 30 per person, per week
• Final cleaning: 200 €
• Compulsory tourist tax of € 1.00 per person, per night up to a maximum of 10 nights, to be paid in cash (excluding children under 10 and over 75).

Check-in: from 5pm to 8pm
Check-out by 10am

Upon request, possibility of late check-in with a surcharge of € 30 (between 8 pm and midnight), while € 40 (after midnight).
Free late check-out, subject to availability and by prior arrangement.

For late check-in and late check-out not communicated there is an extra of € 50.

Security Deposit: Customers are required to pay € 500 security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon damage.
