Villa Germana with private pool in Costa Paradiso is the ideal solution for those who want to spend a holiday in total relax. An independent solution in a very special natural context. The villa is located in a very quiet area and can be easily reached by car. Spread over an area of ​​about 100 m2, this exclusive property consists of a bright living room with sofa and satellite TV. An eat-in kitchen with electric oven, microwave and everything needed for cooking. In the sleeping area there is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and direct access to the private swimming pool. A small but cozy room with a single bed, a second bedroom with two single beds and a second bathroom.

The fantastic swimming pool is definitely the flagship of villa Germana. The large outdoor spaces allow you to experience a stay in total harmony with nature. The wonderful sea view and the silence dominate this place even in the summer months, it can only surprise.

In 5 minutes by car you can easily reach the service center with bars, supermarkets and restaurants. Always with the help of the car you can reach different beaches. Li Cossi and the Springs or those around Costa Paradiso such as Cala Sarraina or la Marinedda.

Please note that the consumption rate is included in the indicated rental price, but not the following mandatory expenses:

COMPULSORY EXPENSES 

• Final cleaning: 150 €
• If animals are hosted, a supplement of € 30 will be required for final disinfestation.
• Compulsory tourist tax of € 1.00 per person, per night up to a maximum of 10 nights, to be paid in cash (excluding children under 10 and over 75).

Check-in: from 5pm to 8pm
Check-out by 10am

Upon request, possibility of late check-in with a surcharge of € 30 (between 8 pm and midnight), while € 40 (after midnight).
Free late check-out, subject to availability and by prior arrangement.

For late check-in and late check-out not communicated there is an extra of € 50.

Security Deposit: Customers are required to pay € 200 security deposit upon arrival (in cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon damage.
