Villino Asphodelus is a comfortable, bright and panoramic three-room apartment with swimming pool, located in the upper part of Costa Paradiso from which you can enjoy an enchanting sea view. The house is located in a small residential complex consisting of 4 villas surrounded by the green of the Mediterranean scrub and with a shared swimming pool. The Asphodelus house is fresh and bright and is distributed on two levels. On the first floor there is the living room with a comfortable sofa bed, dining table, TV, air conditioning and a simple kitchenette complete with accessories, dishes, dishes and appliances. From the living area, going up a small flight of stairs, you enter the sleeping area consisting of two bathrooms with shower and two bedrooms, one double and one twin with two single beds plus a third foldaway bed. From the master bedroom there is access to a small private terrace where the view of the sea and Costa Paradiso is wonderful. Here it is also possible to relax and sunbathe on the comfortable sun loungers available to guests.

The house is completely available and every detail has been thought to accommodate that resides there in a clean and comfortable environment.

In five minutes by car you can reach the sea and the service center with shops, bars and restaurants.

On request we can organize trips and excursions in northern Sardinia.

COMPULSORY EXPENSES

• Final cleaning: 110 €
• If animals are hosted, a supplement of € 35 will be required for final disinfestation.
• Compulsory tourist tax of € 2.00 per person, per night up to a maximum of 10 nights, to be paid in cash (excluding children under 10 and over 75).

Check-in: from 5pm to 8pm
Check-out by 10am

Upon request, it is possible to carry out late check-in with a surcharge of € 30 between 8 pm and midnight, while € 50 after midnight.
Free late check-out, subject to availability and by prior arrangement.

For late check-in and late check-out not communicated there is an extra of € 50.

Security Deposit: Customers are required to pay €150 security deposit upon arrival (in cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon damage.
