Villino Kia less than five minutes far from the sea

Cozy 75 sqm four-room apartment with sea view and able to accommodate 4 + 2 people. Outside, a spacious covered veranda overlooking the sea from which to admire the fantastic sunsets of Costa Paradiso.

The villino Kia is a beautiful property surrounded by the green of the Mediterranean scrub and from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Gulf of Asinara. Upon entering we find a bright living room with two comfortable sofas and a spacious open kitchen. The living room is made even more welcoming by the well-kept furnishings and a beautiful wall covered in local stone. The covered veranda overlooking the sea is also beautiful and welcoming furnished with wooden table and chairs where you can dine while admiring the magnificent sunsets of Costa Paradiso.

From the living area, climbing two small flights of stairs, you reach the two bedrooms. In the first bedroom we find a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, ensuite bathroom and access to a small external hallway with shower. The second bedroom has a double sofa bed and direct access to a sea view balcony. Adjacent to the second bedroom there is also a bathroom with shower and a guest room with a French sofa bed.

There is a covered parking space at street level.

We do not accept pets.

COMPULSORY EXPENSES

• Final cleaning: 100 €
• If animals are hosted, a supplement of € 35 will be required for final disinfestation.
• Compulsory tourist tax of € 2.00 per person, per night up to a maximum of 10 nights, to be paid in cash (excluding children under 10 and over 75).

GENERAL INFORMATIONS

Check-in: from 5pm to 8pm
Check-out: before 10am

On request it is possible to carry out late check-in with a surcharge of € 30 between 8 pm and midnight, while € 50 after midnight.
Free late check-out, subject to availability and by prior arrangement.

For late check-in and late check-out not communicated there is an extra of € 50.

Security Deposit: Customers are required to pay 150 € security deposit upon arrival (in cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon damage.
