The Villino Paradiso with terrace and shared swimming pool is located in an exclusive residence with table tennis area, table football and club house with Wi-Fi. The house has a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea and the wonderful Costa Paradiso. Spread over an area of 50 m2, the property consists of a bright living room with equipped kitchenette, dining table, comfortable sofa, satellite TV and air condition (for a fee). The living room leads to a bedroom with two single beds and a small walk-in closet. From the living area, climbing a few steps, you enter the double bedroom with walk-in closet, a loft with two single beds accessible via an iron ladder and a bathroom adjacent to the master bedroom with shower and washing machine.

From the Villino Paradiso the sea can be reached easily by following the well-kept paths that wind through the Mediterranean scrub.

On request we can organize trips and excursions in northern Sardinia.

Please note that the consumption rate is included in the indicated rental price, but not the following mandatory expenses:

COMPULSORY EXPENSES

• Final cleaning: 110 €
• If animals are hosted, a supplement of € 35 will be required for final disinfestation.
• Compulsory tourist tax of € 2.00 per person, per night up to a maximum of 10 nights, to be paid in cash (excluding children under 10 and over 75).

GENERAL INFORMATIONS

Check-in: from 5pm to 8pm
Check-out: before 10am

Upon request, it is possible to carry out late check-in with a surcharge of € 30 (between 8pm and midnight), while € 50 (after midnight).
Free late check-out, subject to availability and by prior arrangement.

For late check-in and late check-out not communicated there is an extra of € 50.

Security Deposit: Customers are required to pay 200 € security deposit upon arrival (in cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon damage.
