Charming detached house with swimming pool and garage in a small residential complex.

The charming villino Raganella is spread over an area of 55 m2 and offers 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed plus a second pull-out bed. The living area consists of a large living room with sofa and TV, spacious kitchenette, a terrace with dining table and sea view, a bathroom with shower and washing machine. A small garage for exclusive use (for small cars).
Furnished in a simple but well-finished way, the cottage is the ideal solution for families who want to spend a peaceful stay. Guests have access to a shared swimming pool overlooking the sea.

Not far from the house is the center of Costa Paradiso with supermarket, baker, bar and restaurant.

In a few minutes by car, you can reach the coves of the Sorgenti, the Baiette and the famous Li Cossi beach.

Upon request and prior agreement we can organize trips and excursions in northern Sardinia.

Please, note that the consumption rate is included in the indicated rental price, but not the following mandatory expenses:

COMPULSORY EXPENSES

• Final cleaning: 95 €
• If animals are hosted, a supplement of € 35 will be required for final disinfestation.
• Compulsory tourist tax of € 2.00 per person, per night up to a maximum of 10 nights, to be paid in cash (excluding children under 10 and over 75).

Check-in: from 5pm to 8pm
Check-out by 10am

Upon request, possibility of late check-in with a surcharge of € 30 (between 8pm and midnight), while € 50 (after midnight).
Free late check-out, subject to availability and by prior arrangement.

For late check-in and late check-out not communicated there is an extra of € 50.

Security Deposit: Customers are required to pay 100 € security deposit upon arrival (in cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon damage.
